Is There an Acne Cure Diet that Works?

Why do dermatologists claim that diet does not cause or effect acne? The answer is: you can’t make a  ton of money promoting a healthy diet. At least not even close to as much green as you could make by selling drugs and over the counters products. There is a  huge amount of pressure upon doctors coming from the drug and pharmaceutical companies to prescribe expensive medications and lotions that create dependency and repeat business. The truth is, that your physician is in a big way, a hostage to the trillion dollar drug or pharmaceutical corporations. Did you know that the most drug companies, who have no interest in making a product or  that they cannot control financially. Think about that for a second.

The right diet, although not a total solution by itself, can, in many cases, dramatically reduce inflammation and even completely clear your acne. Promoting a clear skin diet simply means less money for the drug and pharmaceutical companies, so they just don’t do it.

The truth is that conventional medications will never cure your acne, simply because they are pre-designed NOT to fix the internal cause of acne. They are pre-designed to work with the external symptoms of a disease as they create more and more dependency and more dependency means making more money all at our expense and ignorance and of course, let’s not forget suffering.

Recent studies have clearly found a significant link between diet and acne. This is just a fact. Click the banner below for more info. on this.

The best way to wash your face

Acne is more or less an internal condition triggered by many underlying factors. However, there are additional external acne symptoms that may enhance the existence of acne or interfere with the healing processes of your existing acne on an external basis. Without dealing with these external triggering factors, it will be quite difficult for anyone to overcome their acne challenges, especially when the natural treatment is performed while the person still suffers from a live acne breakout.

Clogged up or enlarged or big pores, oily or very dry complexion and bad skin hygiene habits do not cause acne although they interfere with the natural healing process of the skin and make your external skin more prone or susceptible to acne breakouts.

Taking good care of your skin on a day to day basis by incorporating some simple and easy to follow methods may not only enhance the healing process of your active acne, but it will also balance your skins ph levels, making it smoother, more even toned and healthy looking.

Although there are tons of cleansers available for different purposes, washing your face 2 times a day, using a gentle antiseptic and anti-bacterial soap, like tea tree oil soap, or Cetaphil soap can help reduce swelling and redness and improve the overall look of your skin, without the irritation, allergy reactions and over-dryness that most over the counters cause.
